Some Customers Not Receiving Email from PMDG
Late afternoon, Sunday 04MAR18, we became aware that some customers were not receiving email normally from PMDG.
We traced the problem to a failed email sending unit, and it has been corrected as of around 2200Z/04MAR18.
If you are missing your purchase confirmation: Log in to our eCommerce and you will find the confirmation and activation key for your product located there. Our support team can re-send the email if you like, but this will take longer as it will take some time until a support tech gets to you.
If you are missing a password reset: Please try again. Now that email is sending normally, it should work as expected.
Sorry for the inconvenience- these things never happen in the middle of the workday on a Tuesday...
