We're performing maintenance and upgrade tasks on our server cluster in preparation for the 777 release. This is currently affecting the PMDG store, the support system, and the license/activation system. We are currently unable to process redownloads or license reset requests made at support.
These outages will likely continue through the night and into tomorrow (7/31). We apologize for any inconvenience but these things have to be done to make sure we're ready for the new product release.
