Between 10NOV10 and 17NOV10, we will experience occasional service outages in support, activations and email. These outages may last anywhere from a few minutes to several hours as we bring new servers online in anticipation of heavy loads during the upcoming PMDG 737NGX release.
At the conclusion of these operations, some users may experience brief outages in the services described below, as new system locations will need to propagate throughout the internet.
At times the support portal my be briefly unavailable for periods lasting from a few minutes to several hours. The portal will be unavailable to customers and PMDG's Tech Support team so no tickets will be answered during these outages. Once this system has been moved to its new location, outages will cease and service will return to normal.
Only activations for the PMDG BAe JS4100 will be affected during the transition. Activations will go offline for a period of approximately 2hrs at a time.
We will experience brief email outages during the transition period. These outages may briefly impact customer email purchase confirmations. The outages will be very brief, lasting only a few minutes at a time.
