PMDG Launches Ticket-Based Support

PMDG Simulations is pleased to announce the launch of our new ticket-based technical support system.  Implemented using a strong software back-end, this new system will decrease reply times, increase handling accuracy and improve the overall quality of PMDG's Technical Support process.

Designed to replace our existing email-based support, this new system will greatly enhance the features and information we are able to provide to customers in order to minimize their need for customer support, while also increasing the accuracy of customer issue handling.
