Processing Problem for PayPal Users
NOTE: If you payed for your order with a credit card, this notice does not apply to you. On 31OCT13 at approximately 1900Z, we installed a service pack from our shopping cart vendor that appears to have broken part of the process that we use to distribute license keys and download links to customers who use PAYPAL as a form of payment on orders. We are currently working with our shopping cart vendor to resolve the technical issue, and expect to have the issue resolved for all paypal customers...

PMDG server maintinance
We're performing maintenance and upgrade tasks on our server cluster in preparation for the 777 release. This is currently affecting the PMDG store, the support system, and the license/activation system. We are currently unable to process redownloads or license reset requests made at support. These outages will likely continue through the night and into tomorrow (7/31). We apologize for any inconvenience but these things have to be done to make sure we're ready for the new product release.

Communication Outage Impacting License Activation - Please Read!

Communication outage impacting Support and License Activation
A communication outage at the data center is impacting activation and our ability to respond to support tickets in a timely fashion. We anticipate the issue being resolved overnight, Thursday or during the day on Friday... Possible Download Outages for Some Users
On Friday, 29JUN12, a significant meteorological event impacted the eastern United States. This event caused outages in certain areas of Amazon's cloud based systems. PMDG uses the Amazon cloud to host our free and eCommerce downloads and some users are reporting having trouble connecting to downloads. Download Service Interruption: Resolved
