Server issues resolved

Since Wednesday, a hardware failure inside the NOC has been disrupting communications to the server that manages certain systems at PMDG. We are in the process of moving those processes out of that NOC to a different (much faster, we think) facility.

A communication outage at the data center is impacting activation and our ability to respond to support tickets in a timely fashion. We anticipate the issue being resolved overnight, Thursday or during the day on Friday...
